最新进展：2010年7月15日19：54分，默认dns已经恢复正常运作。
在2010年7月14日中午，因位于海外的dns机房出现网络阻塞，导致使用了默认dns的域名无法管理和访问。
所有的服务以及平台已经在2010年7月14日下午恢复正常。
但是，默认提供的免费DNS主机，URL转址以及电子邮件转址服务暂时无法使用。
DNS所在机房的技术工程师正在尽快恢复相关的服务。
一旦相关服务恢复操作，我们将会及时通知您。为您带来的不便，我们深感抱歉。

Due to this, you might having intermitted connection for services including , API, HPL, Transfer Approval Link, DNS hosting, URL Forwarding, Email Forwarding, Whois query.
Our engineers took immediate action and worked deliberately to resolve the issue. We are expecting this issue to be resolved within 2 hours.

我们的DNS主机，URL转址以及电子邮件转址服务将暂时无法使用，直至进一步通知。我们的技术工程师正在尽快恢复相关的服务。
与此同时，您可把您的网站指向其他的域名服务器以让域名回复解析。
对您所造成的不便，我们深感抱歉。
更换DNS的方法：
以使用www.everdns.cn为例（其他dns更换也类似）。
更换对象：abc.com
第一步：在www.everdns.cn注册一个账户，并登陆
二：登陆www.cname.cc，并进入域名的管理界面。
三：在www.everdns.cn点击添加新域名，填入“abc.com”（注意，没有www，如果您的域名是cde.com就填入cde.com）。提交
四：在www.cname.cc的管理页面看一下您是否有a记录，或者cname记录，把记录值记下来，然后切换到www.everdns.cn，对新添加的“abc.com”做好记录设定。
例如有a记录值www,对应ip123.123.11.112，就在www.everdns.cn我的域名列表，点“管理”，子域名处填入“www”，对应地址填入“123.123.11.112”，域名类型“a记录”，线路类型“通用”，点击增加
五：在www.cname.cc点击“付费域名管理”，“管理”，“dns修改”，填入everdns.cn所要求的dns（即：ns5.everdns.com,ns6.everdns.com）用此值替换原先的dns记录值（即：ns1.ezydomain.com，ns2.ezydomain.com），提交。
六：等待。等待dns的更新。理论上是48小时内，运气好的也可能在提交后的1小时内生效。运气不好，可能要47小时才生效。
例如有一位运气好的顾客：

However, we are regret to inform you that DNS Hosting, URL Forwarding and Email Forwarding services are temporarily unavailable until further notice. This was due to we have experienced DDOS attack on our DNS server, as the attack is on-going, We has decided to temporarily disable DNS hosting service, Email forwarding and URL forwarding. We will enable the services once the attack is over.
Our engineers are constantly monitoring the attack and work deliberately to recover the service.
We shall keep you update once the services are back to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
